Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is received. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Shipping methods & carriers
All orders ship from Petaluma, California via USPS and/or UPS with tracking. The carrier and service are selected based on the size, weight, and value of the item.

Estimated delivery times (U.S. orders)
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Shipping rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. High‑value items may include additional insurance and, in some cases, signature confirmation upon delivery

Shipping destinations
At this time we ship within the United States only. We may not be able to ship to P.O. boxes for high‑value shipments.

Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and all packaging. We will file a claim with the carrier and work with you on an appropriate solution. We are not responsible for packages that show as “delivered” by the carrier but are not received at the shipping address.

Returns
Please review our Refund / No‑Return Policy before purchasing. Many of our items are vintage, antique, or one‑of‑a‑kind and are sold as final sale.
